Hi! I’m Kate Southward, a Yoga and Meditation mentor and an expert on gratitude.
I am devoted to supporting thoughtful women who might sometimes allow a negative mind-set to get the best of them.
I work alongside women who have experienced anxiety, who have been told their whole lives that they are ‘too sensitive’ or ‘too prickly’ helping them to manage their sensitivity, so they can finally feel safe in the world and confident in who they are.
