When you allow negative thinking to take over your life, every situation can start to become another ‘glass half empty’ story.  

Sometimes life derails us; a breakup, homesickness, illness, job loss, a lifetime of little assaults/empathic flaws on the part of a caregiver that takes it’s toll. Often times underneath the defensive exterior is an underlying frailty. A sadness that is wishing to be acknowledged and expressed. How do you learn to release this pain?
